We are a real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition of vacant land. Our mission is to relieve real estate owners from the burden of their unwanted property. We are serious cash buyers. We are not real estate agents and we are not asking to list your property.

What will you do with my property?

We are investors searching for land that meets our investment criteria. Our primary goal is to find a new owner for every property we purchase. Depending on the holding costs and potential uses of each property, we may decide to hold it for long-term investment purposes.

How quickly can you evaluate my property and make me an offer?

All website submissions are monitored daily by our team. The more complete information you provide, the quicker turn-around you’ll be able to expect from us. If you provide all the necessary information (and if your property fits within our investment criteria), you can expect an informal offer via email within 5 business days. Should you accept our offer, it will be followed by an official purchase agreement shortly thereafter.

I submitted my offer a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back – what’s the deal?

We carefully research and consider every single property that is submitted on our website. However, we aren’t able to buy everything. If you haven’t heard anything back from us – it’s either because a) Your property doesn’t fit the profile of what we’re currently looking for, or b) We don’t have the funds available to make you a cash offer. If you haven’t heard from us within 2 weeks of submitting your information, it’s safe to assume that your property isn’t what we’re able to buy at this time.

Is there a cost for your services?

Absolutely not. There is no cost or obligation to you in order to request an offer for your property.

What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?

What if I have unpaid property taxes?

No problem, we will take the total unpaid tax amount into consideration when determining your offer. We will pay your outstanding taxes directly to the county after acquiring your property.

Why shouldn’t I try to sell the property myself?

Selling vacant land can often be a long and difficult process. For starters, it is almost impossible to obtain traditional lender financing for vacant land, which means you need to find a cash buyer. In addition, real estate agents are typically not very interested in listing vacant land as the commission would be much smaller on a piece of land compared to the homes that they usually sell.

If I choose to sell, how much will I have to pay in closing costs?

Nothing! As an incentive for working with us, we are willing to pay for 100% of your closing costs on the transaction. When you sell a property, you are normally responsible for paying realtor commissions, title work, appraisal fees, property taxes, recording fees, etc. When you work with us, we will cover ALL of these costs for you and put money in your pocket. This will save you thousands of dollars on selling your property.

I don’t live near my property. Would I have to travel to the county where the property is located for closing?

Not at all, the entire transaction can be completed by mail, e-mail, and phone.

Are there any tax benefits to me for selling my property?

Some property owners have been able to save money on their income taxes by declaring a tax deductible loss, where they write off the difference between the original purchase price and our offer price. Please check with your tax adviser to determine if you can realize similar savings.
